1.Ceramic antenna
It is a miniaturized antenna suitable for Bluetooth devices, which can be divided into block ceramic antenna and multilayer ceramic antenna.Normally use for GPS Antenna.
Ceramic antenna occupies little space and has good performance; Narrow bandwidth makes it difficult to achieve multi-frequency; Improve the integration degree of the main board effectively, and reduce the limitation of the antenna on ID; Design needs to be imported at the beginning of the definition of motherboard.
2.Block antenna:
The whole ceramic body is sintered at a high temperature, and then the metal part of the antenna is printed on the surface of the ceramic body.
3.Multilayer antenna: .
The low-temperature co-firing method is adopted, that is, multilayer ceramics are laminated and aligned and then sintered at high temperature, so the metal conductor of the antenna can be printed on each ceramic dielectric layer according to the design requirements, thus effectively reducing the antenna size and achieving the purpose of hiding the antenna.
Because the dielectric constant of ceramic itself is higher than that of pcb, using ceramic antenna can effectively reduce the antenna size while ensuring the antenna performance.
pcb antenna refers to the part of PCB used for wireless reception and transmission. When transmitting, it converts the high-frequency current of the transmitter into space electromagnetic waves; When receiving, it converts the electromagnetic wave intercepted from space into high-frequency current and sends it to the receiver.
5.Advantages and disadvantages of PCB antenna :
Has the advantages of small space occupation, low cost, no need to separately assemble the antenna, no easy touch and damage, and convenient assembly of the whole machine;
Disadvantages: the single antenna pattern is difficult to be rounded, the insertion loss is high, the efficiency is relatively low, and it is easily interfered by the motherboard.
